Our move across the country was very stressful. 1-800-PACK-RAT made the whole experience better. We were able to pack at our own pace, and 1-800-PACK-RAT got our belongings to our new home. All of the drivers were so nice and helpful. If we had any questions, they took the time to answer them and make sure we understood. There was a bit of a delay dropping one of the containers for packing, which we really didn't mind, but 1-800-PACK-RAT upgraded us to a larger container at no extra cost. That was so very nice and appreciated!!! Thank you all so very much for all of the support with our move!!!

The sales group (Carla & Mike) were very patient, kind and helpful. Bryson was the delivery and pick up driver at the beach. I think he was contracted by 1-800-PACK-RAT. He called when he was on his way both trips. He discussed where to place the POD in the driveway and set it perfectly. Easy access to load. He was very nice and braved the cold temps when he picked up on Tuesday before the snow arrived. Mexil V. was the delivery driver to our home in Winston Salem. He called to let me know he was on the way. Introduced himself upon arrival. Discussed where to place POD in driveway and set it perfectly. Easy access to unload. Very polite and helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about the team members that I spoke to. They were all exceptional and deserve rewards! Thanks to each of them for their kindness and assistance. 1-800-PACK-RAT made the move so easy and worry free for my Momma and I! I would highly recommend 1-800-PACK-RAT to anyone.

Every member of the team was absolutely amazing. Everything was explained to me clearly from start to finish. There were never any hidden costs. They took care of my unit, as if it was theirs. I was called with updates due to weather, and even then Terry still wanted to deliver my unit. When the unit was dropped off, Terry explained to me how to open it again and make sure to stay until I unlocked it to make sure that it was my belongings. He was very careful in placing it in the driveway. Gabrielle was also accommodating when I had to postpone my delivery and offered the other options. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that was received. It was a very difficult time for my daughter and myself so with the help of the 1-800-PACK-RAT team we now have our home back together and nothing was broken. I would recommend the company 100%.
