Thank you sooooo much for having America based customer service. Moving is too stressful to have to struggle to understand the customer service reps. I left your competitor because their reps are rude and hard to understand. I am so grateful for the friendly American English speaking reps at 1-800-PACK-RAT.

Nice and easy - I liked the flexibility. And the affordability!

Very pleased. We needed to move our mom up to New York from Florida and we first went through one of 1-800-PACK-RAT's competitors. We were tonally misled by that company. We decided that we needed an alternative so started searching the internet. 1-800-PACK-RAT came through for us 100 percent. The container was delivered when we needed it, picked up when it was supposed to be and delivered to New York exactly when expected. All involved at the 1-800-PACK-RAT team were very helpful.. A+

Dealing with 1-800-PACK-RAT was extremely easy. Got the POD delivered to the old house in time, got it picked up quickly, and brought to my new home perfectly. Thank you 1-800-PACK-RAT!

Great communication and website, no issues.

The drivers on both ends were great. This was my second time using 1-800-PACK-RAT. The first time was only for temp storage and the unit was practically new. The unit on this order was dinged up with several holes and loose bolts that I tightened.

The people that delivered our pod in Buffalo were especially nice and accommodating g to bring all 4 pods in one day and make it work on our long driveway! Thank you!

The associate who helped me when I first called, Amanda, was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. I also really appreciated the first driver who dropped off and picked up our container but I unfortunately don't remember his name.
