Company Update on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic
Letter from the CEO
Dear Valued Customer,
At 1-800-PACK-RAT and Zippy Shell, our team members share a common purpose to “be the best part of your customer’s day.” This enduring purpose guides us as we all face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World Health Organization declared a pandemic in March.
Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy and clean working environment.
We have already implemented numerous policies to help keep our employees safe so we can continue forward with uninterrupted service and reduce potential transmission. These include allowing non-essential employees to work from home, supplying all locations nationwide with sanitizer, gloves, and other precautionary materials, providing all employees continuous reminders of proper hygiene, and sanitizing the doors and handles on all of our containers before we deliver them to a customer.
As of right now, we are operating as usual. Should local or federal regulations affect our ability to service our customers, we will reach out to you directly and will keep our website updated.
Wherever your move takes you, we are waiting with open doors and open hearts to serve you.
Mark KuhnsChief Executive Officer
