Giving Back to Our Local Communities
Serving the community is very important to all of us at 1-800-PACK-RAT. As a leader in the portable storage container and moving industry, giving back to our customers and their communities is, and always has been, a top priority.
This support reflects our company’s and our employees’ dedication to strengthening the neighborhoods our customers live in; sometimes by helping one family at a time and sometimes by supporting organizations on a national level.
1-800-PACK-RAT donates storage containers to homeless shelters, churches, and nonprofit groups across the nation. In the past, we have teamed up with groups such as Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Hope For The Warriors, Boy Scouts of America, Dolphins Cancer Center, KaBOOM! and many more. Our portable storage containers can be used at charitable events to:
- Collect toys, clothes, books or other items
- Store event materials such as signage, equipment & supplies
- Transport items from one location to another
- Keep event materials in our secure storage facilities until the next event
