How it Works for Service Members:
1. Request PPM & Call
Your first step is to request a Personally Procured Move (PPM) at your Personal Property Office; they can even advance you money for your costs! 1-800-PACK-RAT has over 15+ years of helping our military members move and store their stuff, so call one of our experts to talk about all of the service options we have and we will schedule your move on your schedule.
2. We Deliver
1-800-PACK-RAT will deliver an empty container directly to your house on the date you choose for your local or long-distance move. You can take as long as you need to load your container, or we can help you find professional labor assistance. We will make sure we deliver on your schedule and we'll call beforehand to let you know we're coming!
3. We Transport
Once you have finished packing your container, give us a call or schedule your pick up online. We'll pick it up at the scheduled time and transport your container to your new home or one of our nationwide facilities. Once the move is complete, we will mail or email your weight tickets for reimbursement.
4. We Store
Each long-distance move customer can keep their container for as long as you need it for - if you need more time, just give us a call. If you need short- or long-term storage, we have numerous locations nationwide including climate-controlled facilities.
